Under the umbrella of “Color Music Ministry” is an amalgamation of Music by Color, Contemplative Worship Evenings Live, the Contemplative Worship Podcast and the Color Barbados YouTube channel. Under this ministry Color collaborates with the parish of Our Lady of the Rosary RC Church (OLOR), and OLOR’s church choir, other Catholic ministries, other musicians and contributors to provide opportunities for encounter with God.

Contemplative Worship Evenings Live, with Color Music Ministry
In 2016, Color held a number of prayer sessions for our fellow member Denis when he fell ill. It was natural that these sessions would incorporate music as this was our natural form of expression. This was the start of what eventually became Contemplative Worship (CW) evenings, a monthly event at the parish of Our Lady of the Rosary RC Church. With the support of our clergy and the decoration ministry, CW provided a space for prayer, music and quiet reflection in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.
In 2021 CW Evenings moved into a virtual space, as the COVID pandemic brought restrictions for in-person gatherings and performing live music.
Contemplative Worship Podcast
Podcast from Color Music Ministry located in Barbados. Episodes include the sung Rosary, prayerful reflections from our monthly Contemplative Worship session, traditional Roman Catholic hymns, contemporary Christian music and original music recorded by Color.
